HR data was split across six systems and nobody trusted any of them

Trident had grown from 30 to 91 people in three years. Employee records were in an onboarding spreadsheet, leave data in a separate tracker, payroll inputs in a third file, and performance history nowhere — notes in individual managers' notebooks. When HR needed to report headcount by department, it took two days. When a new project required a specific skill profile, the delivery head had no way to search for it. Three key engineers resigned in one quarter and the exit interview data went into an email that nobody followed up on.

A single record for every person, from day one to last day.

Trident onboarded all 91 employees into the People module over two weekends. Every profile now carries role history, skill tags, leave balance, and performance records. When the delivery head needs a mechanical engineer with simulation experience and less than 80% current utilisation, the search returns a filtered list in seconds. The recruitment pipeline handled four concurrent hires with structured interview feedback at each stage. Attrition dropped from 18% to 9% in the following year — HR attributed this partly to visibility into team sentiment through eNPS trends surfaced in the Command dashboard.
